Safal Constructions Pvt. Ltd. began in 1994 with a blank slate but heads full of innovative ideas. From the very beginning, we have taken every project as an opportunity to do something new and innovative in the real estate space which not only establishes us as a developer of choice but also gives the city and its people a very prominent and functional structure to associate with.
Since we started, we have kept exploring how we can add more value and uniqueness to the spaces we design and create. Residential, commercial, golf estate, plotted development, hotels, resorts, malls, and a whole lot of possibilities built by us ultimately lead to a better every day, as they are supposed to.
Our story so far
Building homes for everyone
Over 1200 slums in Ahmedabad account for over a million residents living on just 3 percent of its urban land. B Safal was one of the first developers to work towards their rehabilitation in decent and respectable conditions by developing over 4.4 lakh square feet of housing and giving homes to 1200 families. Three other major slum districts are currently under the process of rehabilitation which would benefit another 3000 families.
We don’t just build for the few. We build for the progress of all.
B Safal Marathon
B Safal Marathon is held every year in association with TOI and NGS in Ahmedabad, with over 10,000 runners participating. We also organized 10K and 5K runs to support the cause of zero tolerance for corruption. Apart from hosting several cultural public events, we have always promoted green initiatives that improve the city’s wellbeing.
